AI Platform Key (metered) $25 / month $25 / month No AI account of your own? Use VeriPD's. You pay the model's list cost plus 40%, with a $25 monthly minimum, a spending cap on your plan, and an estimate before every run.
Priority Support $1,200 / year $100 / month Want faster answers? Your questions go to a priority email queue with a one-business-day response. $1,200 a year or 15% of your subscription, whichever is greater. Does it cost anything to apply for approval?

No. A provider never pays the platform to apply. An approver unit may charge its own application fees, and on some plans a per-application platform fee is added at checkout — both are shown before anyone pays.

Do reviewers, speakers or learners need a paid seat?

No. Plans are priced by what an organization runs (approved providers, activities, completions or employees), not by how many people log in.

How do annual and monthly billing differ?

Use the switch above to see both. Annual billing costs less over the year; some plans are offered on one interval only, and the card says so.

How are per-employee plans counted?

By active employees in the facility, never below the plan’s stated minimum.

Can we use AI features without paying for AI?

Yes. Bring your own key from your model provider and every AI feature runs on it; you pay the provider directly. The platform key is an optional metered add-on.

What happens to our data if we stop paying?

Your records stay readable and exportable. Nothing is deleted.
