VeriPD
For approver units

Run your approval program as one auditable record

From eligibility screening to the NARS annual report, every application, review, decision and status change lives in one place your staff, reviewers and surveyors can rely on — and every provider you approve applies through it free.

What it is like today

  • Applications arrive as email attachments and PDFs, in whatever version of the form the applicant found.
  • Disclosures are chased one person at a time, and the evidence lives in someone's inbox.
  • Reviewer assignments and conflicts of interest are tracked by hand.
  • The NARS report is rebuilt from spreadsheets every year.
  • When a surveyor asks how a decision was reached, the answer is spread across several systems.

What changes

  • Applicants file on your current, versioned form; each application stays pinned to the version it began on.
  • Each person in control of content completes their own disclosure from a link; the committee records the assessment and mitigation.
  • Assignment respects regions and declared conflicts, and reviewers see each other's verdicts only when you choose.
  • The NARS file is previewed and exported from the record you already keep.
  • Every write is in the audit trail, with who, what and when. Nothing is ever hard-deleted.

What is built

Every item here is a working part of the product today.

Eligibility screening

A screening step before the application, with its own form and decision, so ineligible applicants stop early.

Approved Provider and Individual Activity applications

Two application types on versioned forms, sharing one fee logic and one review pipeline.

Disclosure built in

Relevant financial relationships declared by each person, assessed and mitigated by the committee, kept with the file.

Peer review with rubrics

Section-by-section review with criterion codes, scored rubrics, an inter-rater agreement report and optional blind review.

AI pre-review

Optional AI findings for reviewers, each quoting the applicant's own words. It never records a verdict.

Site visits and monitoring

Schedule visits, record findings per criterion and corrective action plans, and collect mid-term progress reports.

Complaints and status events

A public complaint form and investigation record, plus dated suspend, withdraw and reinstate events on each provider.

NARS export and reconciliation

A preview token binds the year, exclusions and rows before export, and the result is reconciled afterwards.

A public register, if you want one

Publish your approved providers and listed activities on the open web, or keep them private.

Reviewer recruitment

A public application page for new peer reviewers, with their CV and agreement, and your approval decision.

Single sign-on and two-factor

SAML single sign-on for your staff and an optional two-factor requirement for your unit.

Fees and checkout

Application fees set by your unit and collected through Stripe on your own account.
