VeriPD
Continuing education, accredited and verified

One record from the approval to the employer.

VeriPD connects the people who approve continuing education, the organizations that provide it, the professionals who earn it and the employers who rely on it. Every certificate can be traced back through the approval that made it count, and checked by anyone who needs to.

The accreditation-to-workforce chain An approver unit approves a provider; the provider's activity issues a certificate to a learner; the learner shares it with an employer, whose record is verified back through the same chain. Approver approves Provider delivers and certifies Learner keeps and shares Employer verifies automatically

Each link is recorded with dates, so a certificate is checked against the approval that was in force on the day of the activity.

Today the chain is usually broken into pieces — an application emailed as a PDF, a roster in a spreadsheet, a certificate nobody can check, and an employer re-keying it all by hand. Each piece is correct on its own. None of them can prove the others.

How it works

The same record moves from one party to the next. Each step adds to it; none of them copies it.

  1. The approver sets the rules

Eligibility screening, application forms, review criteria and fees, configured once for the whole unit.

  2. The provider applies and is approved

The application, disclosures and evidence are reviewed by assigned peer reviewers, and the decision is recorded with its dates.

  3. Learners complete and are certified

Registration, attendance and evaluation lead to a certificate for each credit type, with a verification code.

  4. The learner keeps and shares it

Every certificate lands in the learner’s wallet and transcript, shared with an employer only when the learner agrees.

  5. The employer’s record verifies itself

A shared certificate is checked back through the chain and counts toward the position’s requirements.

“Approved” is only worth saying if you can still prove it the year after someone asks.

What the record actually holds

Not a marketing count — the shape of the file itself, the same for every activity that passes through it.

2application types, one shared review pipeline
8evidence bookmarks in a Standard 3 activity file
0hard deletes — every record is soft-deleted, never erased
1audit trail, shared by every write the system makes
Pilot partners

Help shape it with us.

We are looking for a small number of pilot partners — approver units, providers and employers — who want a say in how the platform grows. Pilot partners get hands-on setup and a direct line to the people building it.

Bring the whole chain into one record.

If your continuing-education program is held together with spreadsheets and inboxes, we will show you what it looks like as one file per activity, from the approval to the employer.
